I recently had a garage built by Versatile Timaru. I just wanted to say how happy I was with them. I have no knowledge at all about the building process and was feeling quite daunted, so I was relying heavily on them to take care of everything. And they did. Right from the start, they worked with me to pick the right plan and organised the council consents, etc. All through the project, they kept me informed about what was happening, when it was happening, and by whom. There were a few curveballs we came across due to being on a slope, which could have been very stressful for me, but they handled it all. They liaised with any subcontractors on my behalf and were happy to take calls anytime I had a problem. I was impressed by how tidy they kept the site and took all rubbish away.
